I need help. I keep checking thinking things will change. Thats because something always seems to actually change. Then I read into it thinking it means something. This tracker has said in production for over a week. Now it says status unknown.

Same. Unknown just means an update is being pushed up - that doesn't mean the status will change but that the DB is updating to access can be limited at times.I need help. I keep checking thinking things will change. Thats because something always seems to actually change. Then I read into it thinking it means something. Been browsing through my Ford app. Does the AT&T hotspot have anything over 22GB a month? I'm running up to 100GB a month and seems a waste to have it built in but leave the tech unused because there isn't a higher data plan.
BTW my ford app did populate with a "picture" of my truck now.

Dealership is telling me chip on hold
Chat is telling me possible delivery of Apr 23 with chip on hold status
Tracker is telling me in production
no clue when I’m getting my truck lol

Ford tracking still says "In Production" But the tracking app now says "Awaiting shipment"
Im a "Convoy" and JCT Pals still says "Pending"
Defiantly seeing some movement!

Fords official tracker is showing my truck as “shipped” and the ordertrack.app is showing “in transit” but nothing populated on that page further down below with details like I’m seeing on other screenshots. Confused as to what that means.

Just got an update this morning. I was supposed to take delivery from 4/3-4/9 looks like it is shifted back. Platinum 701A . Seems there is a delay with the carrier so who knows.

Morning update with chat saying eta of delivery to dealer is 4/19. Still haven’t received shipped notice on any trackers or email
