I also just got an email tonight saying my build date was moved up to March 21st. Which means getting a blend date from the online ford chat means nothing because she told me today my official blend date is March 28th.

I am assuming that a call to the Ford Marketing phone number will ensure that they have my correct email address so that I receive the production updates?
I did get the order confirmation email but did not get the production / VIN email. My dealership got it and I had them forward it to me.
I don't want to miss out on future communications as we are about 14 days from my production / build date.
Is an email sent when the window sticker is available? Will I be able to see it on my ford login page here?:

My account doest show reservations or orders either, I wouldn't worry about that

Nope. I wasn’t getting anything via email from Ford so when I called I had them add my email to my account. 2 months later and I still don’t get anything. I have to call my dealer or check in with Ford chat.

likewise. It doesn't however make sense to pull people forward one day at a time, just to be bumped back a week. I think/hope/pray that when the did a bunch of scheduling in February they did it very conservatively and they are now catching up and making good ground. The same reason they never really announced the actually schedule dates. So many of us never got that initial "you are now scheduled' email, they were just planning without trying to create a lot of noise.
Weirdly though, I have a 2nd order, placed the same day, also for a Lariat without BAP and it has not been scheduled yet.

I do ford chat every morning just to make sure my date is still on schedule. As of today, I'm still scheduled for 3/29
