Another day, another person with different info. Chip hold until the 25th. Yesterday i was told chip hold, delivery to dealer still the 25th. I believe the chip hold till the 25th is more accurate.

That tracks with what I am getting. I was told chip hold until April 22nd. That the 4/22 is the expected date for it to be listed as built then I have shipping time

you can change mine.Not sure why it has delivery date. But im not on chip hold so that was the delivery date eta that gave to me. My truck is built but not shipped yet, so once I get the notification from ford or my dealer, I’ll change it

This constant differing information from chat on a daily basis is so aggravating. One day they tell me my truck eta to dealer is 4/19 and the next day they tell me that’s the day it actually ships from the plant. So stupid

Ford Pass shows a picture of my truck, no activate. This is a new development which I will interpret as a positive. Gotta think positive that way the let downs really crush your soul

i got both built and shipped email, and ford tracker says shipped. Palsapp still just shows pending. So thinking either I’m still sitting waiting to leave Dearborn, or what I’m hoping for is I’m traveling along via some other method and jack cooper might just handle the final drop off.

How did you guys add your trucks to FordPass? Did you guys "add vehicle" and enter the vin number? This is what I did and i've never seen the picture or the activate button.

Yup, enter the VIN, thats it. My pass didn't show my truck picture until today. Still no activate button

Me too, its sad we can narrow down these changes to the hour

Also seeing a "new vehicle guide" option if I log into the Ford tracker. My other order doesn't have that option, so it must be new. That's as of the last 6 minutes or so that I saw that
