I sent a follow up email to my growing list of "Ford Execs" on Friday, after I was told I'd receive a call back from the Corporate Office, and didn't. I received a call yesterday, and was told that I shouldn't email any more as it's cluttering up inboxes, and I should just call this Administrative Assistant whom only gives me the information that I can readily receive from Ford's tracker.
What she isn't doing: Telling me why my truck has been built before other trucks, and is still awaiting shipping while other trucks are being delivered. What Ford is going to do to make this right for me and hundreds of other customers that are getting the shaft (answer: nothing, obviously), and most importantly when am I going to get my truck, and not get bogus date ranges that will change week to week?
So disconcerting.
