I know there’s been some bad news in here, but I’m here to boast that I finally got shipped. Feels good a few hrs before I board my flight to vacation.

It is with great sadness, I have totally lost confidence in Ford and their ability to effectively communicate with me as a consumer. Further, I am quite frustrated with the lack of transparency with regard to my build and the carrot that continues to be dangled in front of me with regard to my build date, production date, ship date, et cetera, et cetera.

I've begun negotiations on another brand who will have me a truck in the next week or so. The good that will come out of my situation is that some dude will get a truck, although probably pay way too much for it.

I hope you guys can hang in there - if you are able, you are all better than me.

Rail, but I was never able to track where it was via palsapp or the NS phone number.

Not too fast. I got the convoy info from chat the morning that it moved toward the dealership. I was at the dealership before the dealer even knew that the truck was in.

I have a login for United roads that will tell me delivery date, so no need for any more correspondence with ford

Anyone have similar issues with shipping. This one was built as of 4/23 but had been at ramp 59 since and has not moved. The ETA to the dealer is still listed as 5/24.. Ford marketing still lists 5/24 as date to dealer.
