25 f150 uncommanded reversion to 2h and normal mode

Hello, just out of the 1500 mile break in for my 2025 f150 scsb 5.0 with whipple. During my 2nd ever 0-60 pull, at 50 mph the truck automatically reverted to 2h and normal mode from 4h and sport setting.
I was at a stoplight, switched to sport mode and 4h. I rolled forwards several feet to ensure everything had switched over. Sat for about 2-3 more minutes before light went green, accelerated hard but not full throttle. No check engine lights or warnings.

Any ideas what happened? Things I should look at?

Around 2600 miles currently and this has happened 2 more times except its now staying in sport mode and just reverting to 2wd from 4wd. It happened after changing settings at a full stop and once while changing settings on the fly (rolling). I dont do a lot of pulls either, guessing this is occuring around 10% of the time. Wanting to swap to the 4A transfer case setup but cautious if I need to try and fix this issue first if its not a common to F150 issue.
