'24 LARIAT - Center Screen Blank

Hi all,

Recently (this week) I have lost my Sync/Carplay screen in the truck. I power the truck on, FORD logo appears on the screen for 10-15 seconds, screen then goes black. Odd part is, reverse camera functions, 360 camera works when I hit the button. ohter then those two functions it remains black, not even powered on.

Ford can't look at it until Jan 2 /'26. I will pull into my shop today & disconnect the battery, try a reboot.

Anyone else experience this? I did in my 21' it was sporadic, would remedy itself.

Have you checked it for codes?

If your Fordpass is connected, message me the VIN and I can check the codes it is reporting.

I got your message, but it seems like you have certain data sharing options turned off. I am unable to see the codes even though it seems like connectivity is working fine. The problem is, those things are turned on and off in the touchscreen, so if you can't see it, you won't be able to turn them on.

You had an APIM update fail on 11/19 because there was not enough space for the files to install. Based on the time frames, I don't think this has anything to do with your issue. But, without the codes, we're working in the dark here.
