I have the 21 powerboost with the fox 2.o level. I've had it into the Ford dealer 3 times now to attempt to get the alignment corrected.
They say that when the truck is lifted it changes the geometry which results in a positive camber +.44 on both sides.
If he moves the lca out he tells me it will be impossible to align and will eat through tires.
I'm looking for some advice. Bring it somewhere else?
Buy adjustable uca?
Or just live with it?

Here are some pictures.

What alignment issues are you having? I have that kit but adjusted to 1" of rake. I use the SPR forged upper control arms, which allows adjustments on the top pivot point. You might have some success with that as I've never had any issues.

Buy some spc camber bolts. Cheaper than a new uca

Or take it to a shop like 4 wheel
Parts that has experience with lifted trucks. Without those adjustable camber bolts, the dealership is the last place I’d go

I have the same shocks but with an aftermarket upper control arm. No alignment issues, but had it installed and aligned by a proper off road shop

The positive camber.
Caster is also slightly off.

The dealer never gave me the print off either.

You can see by my LCA the oblong hole is moved from factory inward.
Which I'm not really sure I understand why we can't just move it out a little without cause havoc on the geometry of the alignment.
Having said that. I'm perfectly fine buying some

That sounds like a good idea.

Having said that. I'm perfectly fine buying some eccentric bolts. Or if I absolutely need it, some ucas.

That sounds like a good idea.

It sounds like your Ford dealer just doesn't know what they're doing. You should have no issues getting your truck aligned to the factory specs with the Fox 2.0 kit; and I say this as an automotive technician who has aligned plenty of F150s. I also have a Fox 2.0 kit on my own truck which I have aligned without issue plenty of times.

Installing a caster/camber adjustment kit, like the ones sold by Moog or SPC will make setting the camber and caster much easier and allow for more precise adjustments. These kits are not a requirement, but I do recommend them. I'm currently using two SPC 86250 kits on my truck.

The only area where you have to make a tradeoff is camber and caster, but this isn't an issue for someone who just wants to stay at or near the factory specs. Caster and camber only become an issue when you want to run both of them near the limits of the factory specs. I don't have a picture for my 2021 on hand, but going from memory, I run about -0.8° of camber, 5.8° of caster, and 0.10° of total toe on my front tires.

I will note that I rotate my tires more often than most people, but I'm very happy with how my tires wear and how my truck handles with these settings. I ran similar settings on my 2014 F150 with a Fox 2.0 kit, and I always had even tire wear and good tread life despite running what some would consider "excessive negative camber".

I found an alignment picture from my old 2014 that I've posted below. This truck had a Fox 2.0 kit installed and I could have easily run the camber and caster much closer to the middle of the factory specified range if I wanted to.

Thank you for your response! This is exactly what I needed to know.

Kit is ordered and I'm going to bring it to another shop.
