2025 360 camera issue

No accidents… yes the mirrors are out. I’ve only had the truck for a month. Has anyone ran into this issue?

I'm experiencing the same issue. My 2025 Raptor is currently in the shop for this and another problem. I'll update you with what they discover.

A separate but related issue is the poor visibility with the new trucks. My 2022 F-150 has the poorest visibility around the truck of any vehicle I have owned. My 2011 GM 1-ton had far better visibility as well as all my Toyota pickups.

The Ford engineers clearly think that all they need to do is stick cameras on the trucks and ignore the design flaws. Especially a concern for trail running with one of these trucks.

Finally took it to the dealership and they said it was a bad driver side mirror camera. I’m not confident that it was actually bad but it’s working now.

2025, I'm getting the same issue and found this. I called the dealer 11/24/25 and the new software is not ready yet.

Some 2024-2025 Mustang Mach-E/F-150/F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with 360 degree camera may exhibit a distorted or blurry 360 degree camera image in the center display screen but the rear view camera image is operating correctly. To restore the 360 degree camera image, download and run the "IPMA - Reset the Image Processing Module A (IPMA) Calibration Data" application using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. Then download and run the "IPMA - 360 Degree View Camera Alignment" application. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a software solution for this condition that is expected by the end of 2025. Replacement or reprogramming of the IPMA will not resolve this condition. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.
