Put my Fox 2.0's on today. Pretty quick job. I did mine on the ground and did not lift the truck or remove the wheels. You could if you want, but don't torque the shock nuts until the truck in on the ground and the shocks are at normal height/load.
18mm for the nut and 15mm for the bolt head top and bottom. I removed all nuts and then removed the lower shock bolts first as the shocks will extend as you remove them from then lower mount. Then remove the top bolt and remove the shock from the truck.
Put the shocks in both sides with the shipping straps still on, and put the top bolts in first. On the passenger side, the shock (with the strap on it/compressed) was too short to fit in both holes, so I had to cut the strap and let the shock extend. I got positioned on the ground on my back and was able to push/compress the shock and get it and the lower bolt in. Took me 2-3 try's but not too hard. On the drivers side, the shock was just a smidge to long to line up to the lower hole in the mount with the strap on, so i got a big flat blade screw driver and compressed the shock just about a 1/4 inch and got the bolt in, then I cut the strap and torqued everything up-.
Torque all 4 bolts to 66 ft lbs. Easy job and you don't need to lift the truck to do it-
