I did a search and did not see existing conversation so new thread:
I have a 2024 Lariat 5.0 (1400 miles) and the passenger side dash vent whistles above 50MPH or so.
If I turn off the ventilation system it stops, if I turn on the ventilation system it returns.

I am going to pull the glove box and see if the filter is askew and will also look at the engine bay firewall to see if there are leaves or something interfering, etc.

Thought I would ask if anyone else has this issue or has solved it already.

TIA!

I have the same issue in my ‘23. I figured it was just a leaf that got in the system, I’ve learned to ignore it as I don’t want to rip the dash apart to find it.

In my case, it appears the root cause was the plastic cover which holds the air filter in place behind the glove box, was not completely fastened on the side nearest the passenger door.

I removed and reinstalled the cover and verified it was completely latched. Test drive did not produce any whistling, so I will continue to monitor.
