2023 XLT PB 4a transfer case swap?

I have a 23 302a XLT powerboost I would like to swap over to a 4a transfer case.

Anyone have a list of part numbers? I know I need a transfer case, dash switch and tccm.

You don't actually need every piece of hardware listed, but it all comes down to how you decide to complete the swap, this is just what Ford says you will need. Some hardware is sold individually and some is sold in packs, the individual quantity is what I listed. If you buy from a dealer that sells it by the pack, just make sure you end up with the right amount.

PBs have specific part numbers, there are other threads on it. Propellor shaft boot clamp is reusable if care taken to remove it. 302s have EIWEs and locking rear axles.

Good point on the eIWES, he will either have to delete those or use an older TCCM for a different model year in a configuration that Ford never built.
