2023 XLT HVAC Blower motor surging

I have 2023 XLT 302A Crew Cab 3.5L and I was wondering if anyone else has had their HVAC blower motor seem to surge or pulse at times? I don’t use the auto climate control as I prefer just a constant flow of air and I’ve noticed that it seems to lighten up and then speed up and back again on its own. I thought I saw someone say something about this but I couldn’t find the thread again so here I am posting a new one. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same thing happening on an Expedition. No auto climate on and your can here the blower fan speed up and down. I’ve replaced the blower and the fan relay speed control but still no change.
