They are matte black. With a name like Zengineer, one would think you'd know this.

I did not "declare" it. I pointed out that it was simply what I thought and specifically was not suggesting it was anything other than my preference.

My issue with black wheels is primarily that they look great for about 15 minutes after washing and then show every speck of brake dust. I get the appeal, I just couldn't live with them looking cloudy most of the time.

It was said in jest. I owned a 21 Lariat sport and that interior never grew on me. I ended up hating it. I don't need all black, but the Platinum BAP interior is really nice. The Raptor blue interior is nice and I do like the Carmelo on the Platinums also.

I would call them satin and your lower image looks a bit shinier than I would consider them to be in real life. I think it's the lighting.

I still prefer to them as black as well even though I know they are meant to be a really dark gray.

Edit: I fully agree they are not matte like in the Ford picture.

I only had the two toned option for the 502A when I ordered so I had to go with the Chrome package to get an all black interior. I will end up doing a chrome delete by wrapping all of the chrome which will be a pain but it will look the way I want it to in the end. Frustrating that I couldn't order exactly what I wanted. I can't even find the 2-tone interior when looking at the Ford website, not that it matters since you can't order a '22 anymore but still annoying to see what could have been ?

If Ford continues to offer a 2-toned interior they should do a better job at describing it as such. I would have been pissed had I ordered and waiting for my truck to arrive, only to find the "black" interior was actually a 2-tone.

I have an agate black lariat sport being built in a couple weeks. Today at the grocery store I saw it's twin so went to have a peek at the two tone interior.

Lemme just say... I like it, a lot.
