Thank you! As you might imagine, I have been doom searching for this issue and have read through your thread. My dealer did not give me a loaner because I did not purchase the truck from them. I have called Ford to voice my frustration (this is the second time the issue has occurred since May, and for the first two weeks of April, my truck was in the dealer for driver-side leaf spring failure).

Sorry about the loaner. That should be on Ford's dime. Keep bothering them.
