In case anyone wants to upgrade their none power seats...
After unsuccessfully searching for a set of seats I ended up buying both seats on Ebay from a gentleman in Canada that included free shipping. The price after bargaining came to $1300 including shipping to NV. This was for just 2 bare frames, motors and he added a positive lead for the passenger seat. He was nice enough to help with technical advice and sent me flat gray side controls.
The seats arrived disassembled with all hardware but no seat sensor or seat belts. I had strip my seat covers off and swap over all the parts onto the new seat. The seat covers and foam do NOT require any tools to remove or install! Everything is held together with clips. No hogrings or any other nonsense. The process wasn't too hard, but you also have to unbolt and swap over the side airbag.
I'm happy to report the drivers side is plug and play even on my base XL. The passenger side required adding a positive lead off the rear 12v outlet.
Afterwards we were both amazed how much better the seats felt! Even with the same foam and covers the seats were way better! Considering I paid $28k for the truck new investing another $1600 was a bargain.
