2022 PowerBoost F-150 Won't Update

Last update was 11/2022
The truck as been at the dealer for at least 2 weeks total. They have replaced the APIM not once but twice.
Every time I pick it up they says its fixed but when I get in to check it doesn't work.
I hit the settings button then connectivity, after that I get a spinning wheel and then it closes out.
Ford Pass will not work and won't add the truck
Wireless Car Play is dead
Am I Missing something? Or is the Dealer incompetent?
