Me too ! Did you get adjusted too
No. I just ordered on 1/29. Got a production date about 10 days later, which was a surprise. I went in expecting 6 months, so if I get it by Memorial Day I’ll be ahead of the game

It went the same for me.
ordered December 9th .. December 16th I got a vin number and a production week of the 2/21/22. A week before the 21st (last week) I got an email with an adjusted date pushing it back 1 week to the 28th. Idk I hope it doesn’t keep happening that’s all

I ordered December 13th and got a VIN same day as you with 2/21 production. I was just pushed back a week on Thursday.

Sounds like that doo-wop song from the first Rocky movie...."push it back....do do dooo do....push it back"

IMO the only thing "unbelievable" or "crazy" is that anyone who orders these days expects there to be no internal rescheduling (realities of supply-chain issues, covid, etc).

Ford could hide that from us, and avoid the disappointments, by not providing any estimated production scheduling data until the truck is actually on the production line. Personally, I'm glad Ford is 'transparent' and provides notifications about the situation to the degree they do, even when the notifications are for delays.

Sure, I'm not looking for further delays/rescheduling but I'm not gonna be surprised if or when it happens. I (and everyone else who orders) entered into this knowing that delivery was an unknown date and likely many months out; patience is required. If your dealer didn't make that clear or gave you any different expectation, that's on them, not Ford.

I disagree a bit. We are in year 3 of COVID. Ford by now should have more of an understanding of how long it will take before your truck is in production. From the beginning your date should just be the latest date. For instance (random numbers) if they make 5 cars per day and there 1000 a head of me off the rip the production date should be at least 200 working days away. Ford knows that they scaled back production. So they most certainly know how many are being done per day.. per week.. per month .. etc.

Now I personally don’t really care my lease isn’t up until August anyway. I was just saying it’s crazy and unbelievable how many times everyone gets rescheduled.
