2022 F150 XL Forscan Help!

Hello Guys i have 2022 F150 XL RCSB

It Has OEM Raptor Headlights and Tail Lights need to Activate those in Forscan:

1- Headlights LED Bar in DRL

2- Turn Signals Lights in Taillights , because now it’s only Working in Headlights

3- decrease Turn Signal Speed ( now it’s blink Fast only in Headlights )

4- Turn Off TPMS Warning Light in the instrument cluster

And another thing i was before having XLT Instrument Cluster and this was causing Electric issues on the Truck so i remove it and Swap back to OE XL Cluster

this Thing Caused the Odometer to Add more than 13k Miles on the Real Number of Miles of the Truck how i can fix this ?

Another Thing the Driver and Passenger Auto Power Windows is Only turn Down but Refuse to Auto Turn Up the Power Windows both in Driver and Passenger Windows can i fix This Via Forscan ?

It’s Worth the mention the V battery Voltage in Key on position engine Off is Reading 11.7 V

I would start with changing the battery to a good aftermarket brand if your choice. If you have a H6 I would up grade to H7 or 8 if it will fit. Turn signal flashing fast usually means they are sensing a Burt bulb or not working in one of the 4 spots. Sounds like all the upgrades were done without if the harness upgrades to me. A lot of your changes are not simple swaps.

The Headlight setup and Taillight and Turn signal Lights was Working Perfectly , because the Workshop that he installed the Raptor Headlights and Taillights also install all the Halogen to LED conversion Harness and Tune it Via Forscan


Also i have done a Performance Tune via LRX device with Lund Tuning

And I noticed when the Gears Shifts in WOT Pulls , the Taillights Brake lamps blink this causing the Truck to fall in it face and it affects the Datalog while i’m tune it with Lund

Then I decide to Grab the Forscan and load all the Modules to the Factory Settings

This did the Trick and the Braking blinks while Shifting in WOT pull has disappeared and the Truck feels and perform much better

for now i want to tune the Headlights and Taillights and Turn Off TPMS warning signal in IPC

also i need to know if the battery voltage is Normal ? when it’s Reading 11.7v while it’s in key on without Starting the engine

I had same issue with factory battery and the SOC being way low. I changed battery and it seems to be at 12.5 with truck off. Does your truck go into deep sleep mode? Have you looked at the forscan thread on here? Lots of settings listed. If you drive short distance regularly your battery is not getting charged enough. I would say 11 is not normal. When mine was going into deep sleep it was reading 12.1v

Yeah i Heard about Boosting SOC via Forscan to 90% if you can guide me to how doing that i will be thankful

About “Deep Sleep Mode” I don’t Think So it Happened to this Truck until now
