2022 F-150 Tremor

i have an android phone and when you try to call out it is nothing but static, Ford dealer said it was the phone, got a new phone and the same thing, nothing but static.
has anyone else have this happen.
dealer said wait until the next update and see if that works but it didn't.

is it my phone or the sound system?
