I don't know the exact part but something that controls a bunch of electronics and the part is above the headliner towards the rear. They took all the trim apart and the headliner down and then said the part failed and it's backordered. The keys to the truck wouldn't work and a bunch sensor faults.
i know other manufacturers if you call them becauseof a life changing event and can’t make payments, they will defer those payments to the back end of your lease/finance… not insulting that you can’t make a payment, but at least May be an option as it can be months waiting. Hell took nearly 2 weeks to get a Clip my dealer broke for a harness during the insulation recall… a CLiP!! Hahaha and the truck had to sit at the shop
In the 5 months since I got my truck, it's been in my driveway 2 of the 5, in the Dealership's Service Department 3 of the 5.
That is correct. It will run if I can get them to put it all back together but they are hesitant to do that. There is so much stuff taken apart. Supposedly the part will be here this week.
