2021 instrument cluster went black/ Ac knobs changed

I have an 2021 XLT. The instrument cluster was fine yesterday for multiple drives. Got in and instrument cluster looks almost like it lost power. All the buttons on the steering wheel work that I can see, even initiating cruise (although I cant see speed or fuel) The turn signal works but does not make the audible click. Center 12 inch is fine. The weirdest part is the temp on my ac knobs temp numbers turned to Celsius. Checked the settings and they are set to Fahrenheit. Anybody experienced this? My first thought was maybe an update tried to push through. I am curious if a changing the fuse may help. Haven't got that far.

I have that happened twice, i tried disconnecting the battery and didn’t work, i unplugged the cluster and plugged it back in and that worked for me
