Is $45,000 a fair price for a 2021 F150 Lariat with 28,000 miles?

It has the 502A equipment package and looks to be in mint condition. It’s still has the bumper to bumper warranty until August of 2024 or 36,000 miles.

Pricing is very subjective. A good deal to me might not be a good deal to you.

Check KBB and see what it says when you plug in the features.
Use Ford build tool and see what a new truck with same features would cost.
Being you are in CA where everything is expensive it probably is a good deal.

I bought used 2021 502A in April, has everything that was being removed from 2022 and 2023 trucks. I expect no issues and added ESP anyway.

Just be sure it has everything you want on it. You don't want to regret settling for something less. 360 cam is cool, and I'm happy I chose this truck over the other two 502A I was considering because of it. :)

If it sounds good to you then jump on it as at that price I don't see it staying on the lot very long.

I just purchased a 2021 Lariat with 502A, twin panel moon roof, 2.7, 360 camera, sport package, and a few other options for $44.5 with 35k miles on it. So I think you're being offered a pretty decent deal. I did add on a Ford extended warranty since this one expired. The price also didn't include a $1k dealer fee. Let us know what you decide to do.

I think that's a pretty good price. I paid $55k for a very similar truck brand new in August 2021.
