Hey Allen this is going to end up being the wrong forum for you. This is for the 14th generation of F-150 trucks. That range being 2021 through 2024.
But in answer to your question you will need to contact Ford and get an updated SD card and put it in your SD slot.
I never had good luck buying SD cards off of eBay so I would recommend going straight through your dealer and getting the latest greatest SD card.

when i updated my wifes 12 edge, i bought a new map card from ford it was relatively cheap
there is a dealer on ebay fairway ford i believe it was
