2014 struts same as 2021 struts? Tried searching

I know it's a dumb question...

I just have an extra set of Rancho Quicklift strut/springs for my old 2014 F150 collecting dust and would love to use them on my '21, but I couldn't find a clear answer.

No. 2014 can only be used on the 2014, they are even different then the 2013 and earlier.
2021 to 2023 are the same
