I will preface this by saying that my truck is mainly a daily driver (10-12k miles per year), maybe the occasional tow/haul but nothing crazy. Maybe a pallet in the bed or when I buy a trailer for a little bit more, but even then only a few times per year. I'm trying to get this truck to last a long time so I don't mind if it's gonna cost a few hundred dollars more per year to own, just don't want to spend thousands more each year.
So I was going through the maintenance schedule on Ford's site. It basically goes every 10k miles for stuff... Anyway, I don't really believe that most things can go 60k+ miles before being changed out, I think more frequency would be better and be better preventative maintenance. But I don't want to over do it necessarily. Like I'm not trying to change the timing belt every 10k miles if not needed, but I don't want to wait for it to break. So this is my list that I threw together and wanted others opinions on it. The list goes up to 300,000 miles; I don't expect it to get there, but that'd be like hitting the lottery if it did. Also, Oil changes every 3-5k miles, but I didn't feel that was necessary to add to this list.
