1st World Problems - Eco Coach and Power Tailgate

Does anyone else have an issue with Eco Coach randomly disappearing from the "My View" screen? I thought it was from updates, but I don't think I'm getting that many updates. Please leave "My View" alone!
Power Tailgate- I'm at 104K miles on my 21 PBKR and my tailgate is starting to stall about mid close and then opens back up. Has anyone dealt with this and found a solution?

Whenever my truck gets an update the myview loses all my custom settings and I have to reapply what I want to my view. Not sure about the tailgate issue.
