Are they same as 3.5 EB heads?

Respectfully,

For a 2023 Raptor the cylinder heads are NL3Z6049C and NL3Z6049D.

According to the dealer parts ordering catalog I have access to, a 2023 Raptor and a 2023 Lariat use the same cylinder heads, pistons, connecting rods, crankshaft, long block engine assembly, and turbochargers.

So it is just a tune then. The new Ford Performance tune gives the exact 450/510 numbers

It's mostly just the tune, but the Raptor has a different exhaust that probably has slightly less back pressure than the single exhaust system used on most 3.5EB F150s. The Raptor also has an additional set of fans behind the intercooler.

That all being said, the changes that need to be made to hit Raptor power levels with a standard 3.5EB are extremely minor. I would argue that the power difference only exists for product segmentation to make the Raptor look more appealing. There's nothing preventing a standard 3.5EB from hitting Raptor power levels or 500HP with just a tune.

The main difference between a 3.5EB F150 tune and a 3.5EB Raptor tune isn't anything special or hard to understand, it just requests more torque and allows slightly higher boost pressure to achieve it.

There are plenty of small changes that exist in things like the trans tune and spark tables, but on Ecoboost F150s and Raptors it really just comes down to allowing more torque by raising torque and pressure limits and then asking for more torque.

I particularly like the transmission external cooler and even though I have no need for the wider frame, I think it looks great! ?

Look at FullRace for their Gen 3 Ecoboost ecahust manifolds which were supposed to come out in January. They had a writeup with bigger Garrett turbos a few weeks ago where they demonstrated that the stock log manifold is fine below about 3200 RPM, but after that point it begins to choke. A full heads back exhaust, cold air intake, upgraded intercooler and upgraded radiator with a solid tune should easily outdo a Raptor, and if you start with a Powerboost it isn't even close.
