12v SOC No software update?

2023 F-150 Powerboost
Noticed my 2023 Powerboost seems to be targeting 80% charge on the 12v based on the reduction in charging amps. I thought this was the old strategy before the update?

that‘t the target. You can use FORScan to change it. I’ve changed mine to 95%

Oh I thought they changed it to 90%? I guess I misread that somewhere.

The range of LV / 12-volt battery 'target SOC' adjustment supported by FORScan may vary by model year / VIN specifics. IIRC when I adjusted mine the max value was 90% (that a 3.5EB, not PB).

Perhaps of interest ..... even with my target SOC set at 90%, OBDLink MX+ with the applicable Ford Extensions has reported SOC as high as 98%, that supposedly being a value pulled from the truck's BCM data, not a value 'calculated' by OBDLink (?).
