The ford tracker was working consistently for a while and now it’s back down for my vehicle. Says it can’t find an order with my vin/order number. ?

Lady’s and gents… I ordered truck in end of September and dealer said I’m locked in prices and financing from the time I ordered or I can choose the ones when truck arrives. Truck is not build yet and went to dealer to see what I got in there incentive wise, they ran vin through program and show 2 options first was at time of order which was 0% for 72 with 2k and second was from now which was 0% for 36m and 6.1k incentives. So he said pick whichever works for me better. So from what I seen hear dealer is just playing some of you guys without giving you that option.

For me, the tracker works about 75% of the time. It's been down at least once per day over the last week for me. I generally just try again in a few hours and it works fine. Who knows haha

My understanding also, you can't mix and match rebates and offers by time. Take either what was offered on order day or take what is offered on purchase day.

Does anyone know if incentive offers are locked in the day your truck is DELIVERED or the day you PICK UP your truck? I'm asking because I have multiple offers that expire at the end of the month, and I have an ETA form Ford of 1/29 right now. Making me a bit anxious haha

I realize you can choose offers available when you ordered, or at delivery. But in my case, I'm wondering if I take the choice of choosing offers at delivery, what does "delivery" technically mean... when it arrives at the dealership, or when I'm able to physically pick it up.

I think delivery is when the truck is paid for and all finance or cash payment is complete.

Mine is coming to Maine, but it’s not built yet, still shows in production, and palsapp showed it being moved to a lot in KC on 1/12, someone that works at the KC plant told me on the FB page that they send vehicles to that lot that are waiting on modules ??‍

Any updates on your truck? I have the exact same information from palsapp, where my truck has been sitting in R. GEBAUR CLAYCOMO OFFSITE LOT since Jan 17.... I wonder what module shortage would be holding these trucks up?
