Has anyone come across a program number for the $1000 Custom Order Bonus Cash Offer that was going on in Nov and Dec?

All I ever saw online was "order before 1/3/2022... see dealer for details and eligibility". My salesman knew nothing about it when I ordered in November, and told me any eligible incentives like that would appear in the system when the truck came in.

When you go into the estimated payments on the ford page it shows 0% and $1000 cash when you choose 48 month for the term.

I sent an email a few days ago asking for an update from the visibility report. Pretty sure that the finance guy that handles the ordering is ignoring me at this point. I’ve twice asked for an update since 11/09, this makes the third. I had the impression after our last correspondence that he was annoyed with me asking. He’s either moved to ignoring me or is on vacation. I have a truck with my name on it, that I know but the lack of information from my dealer AND Ford has been frustrating.

I live in Houston and pass up a ton of other FMC Dealers on my 2 hour drive to the Tx/La border. They’re a small, low volume dealer. The guy can’t be that damn busy. When we were there in April, they had all of 7 cars on the lot.

Try rushing for the one of the sales managers. The one i got in touch with my dealership was helpful when my salesperson was sick at the time iirc.

Just spoke with Ford Marketing. Still showing “in production” but she gave me an ETA of 2/4 along with a PCO for 3k.

Now that I feel like they’ve finally thrown me a bone, I’ll be happy while I wait.
