I’m at Energy Country Ford in Port Arthur. Had an awesome experience with them when we bought our Bronco Sport.I ordered from JMF off 290. I’m unsure what deal i’ll be getting but i know for sure i’m eligible for the X plan.
It makes no since to me either. I checked the motorcraft modules and it doesn’t show anything so those haven’t populated yet.I can not make since of this whole process. You have a very similar build to me, near order date, but I do not have anything =( .
If this hold true for you like for others, you should get the activate button in FordPass within 2-3 days.....Congratulations! ?I have some modules populated for me today! Still no Activate button in Ford Pass yet.
FYI - The motor craft service site must update during the day instead of just a nightly cycle. When I checked this morning, there was nothing. Now, there are 991 modules showing.
Thanks Gman!, No activate this morning when I register the app however this afternoon there was an activate option... I select it and it said to respond in the truck... maybe I'll get lucky and somebody moving the truck will accept it and I can find out where it ishttps://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt
try this website to see if modules have been installed. if it is filled you will have pages and pages of data. This would indicate a build. The emails are hit and miss for some of us, I never rcvd emails either. My dealer is atleast keeping me updated. or call 8003344375. The phone number is probably going to frustrate you as well.
FordPass is an app. If you're not familiar with it, you should look into it. A day or two after your modules fill in, you should receive an activate button. This is all the info we are currently getting without the trackers working. If you get the activate button, it means it has been built, as far as I know.
Wow, you are right.So, The activate button appeared on the Apple ford pass app but it doesn’t show on my android app. Anyone else with android also not see their activate button?

It is possible if you were signed in you might not have the activate button.... i dont know about iphones other than i'd never get one.....but, if you were not signed in to FordPass when you checked on your iphone, it may have been what was the holdup....it's weird, but if I am signed in, i dont see my activate button....the activate button shows prior to logging in.....
