What does it mean when it says inactive??

My Truck has also shows as "inactive" for weeks now. I am only assuming, but I think it's just the standing order for your truck to be taken from the rail yard to the dealer.. It's inactive until it arrives then changes to "pending pickup". I've seen trucks pending pickup to my dealer as long as two weeks. I guess it sits until a complete load heads that way. Not very encouraging to be "inactive" as mine has been for weeks...

i can only find where you login but no way to create an account or register an email.

after you search you have to click regitster right underneath

You create an account

It doesn't show me the option to register either. I think you need a valid VIN with them for it to give you the option. So if your VIN isn't returning anything then it won't let you and you arent being shipped thru them.

If I recall correctly - you register as affiliated with your VIN's dealership, then all you can see is activity for that dealership. Sorry can't be more help than that.
