Not a end all though tbh. License plate lights can be changed. The ac heat knobs is a sucky lost.

Yeah I dont think anything would be a deal breaker for most people. It's just... irritating. Paying more yet getting less and none of it was mentioned beforehand. I'm irritated for y'all who expected those features.

I just hope that ford fixes those recall issues before assembling these new trucks. That’s all I hope for

No lights in glove box and center sliding compartment - just seems REALLY cheap (like "Hey Fred - I saved $1 on all the 22 builds - that's 600k I saved the company - where's my bonus?" cheap.) I would have rather paid something to keep those.

The lighted cup holders were just plain cool and now they are gone. Glad I didn't order those clear coasters for mine. How many spilled drinks has Ford now caused on all 22 F150's? - Won't somebody think of the night time drinkers?! Damn Big Gulp all over the floor... again! Where's that @#&% Ford guy with the bonus?

Seriously - I was going to order the coasters...

I bet the guy responsible for the interior lighting changes is also responsible for the 2022 B&P and Ford tracker programming development. How much money has he saved there!? I'll bet his name is Hunter....

Missing LED for Glovebox, storage and license plates are new to me…license plates is obviously easy to add. Wonder how bad it is to add the others?

I agree seems ridiculous penny pinching to me. I think the lights from the glove box and console is a bummer but I would really miss the one that shines on the phone charging cubby.

Agreed - the glove box is lower issue than cubby. (Unless you are the Navigator trying to navigate the box of nothingness. The Driver simply says - "You haven't found it yet?" The driver can then use hands free directions to a hospital as the Navigator is no longer speaking to him to give directions.)

And you had to rub it in with a pic of your cup holders.

Paraphrasing Elwood Blues - "Your little cup holders... How much? I want to buy them from you. Sell them to me!"

There's plenty of wiring/ power by the vicinity of the cubby (and the glove box) that I'm sure someone will figure out how to add it back. I'm hoping the temp controls will be plug-and-play if you buy the 2021 part with the LCD.... I'm about ready to order the climate control on eBay so I can try the swap as soon as someone more skilled than me puts up instructions/results on it.

But yeah, this is dumb. No glove box light??? Hell, my 1964.5 mustang has a glove box light. But they can't do it on trucks that go up to $80k MSRP? I bet you'd be hard pressed to find another vehicle, even a cheap import that doesn't offer GLOVE BOX LIGHTS.

I'm right there with you on this rant.

But for now, I spent $14 at Walmart tonight and got 2 LED's to put in my license plate lights when I get my truck...

I guess mine is sitting at the rail yard right now waiting to be trucked to the dealer. Even though the ETA is 31/12, I am not very hopeful to see my truck this week.
