When I ordered last week I was told the only things impacted were the auto start-stop and heated steering wheel. The heated mirror situation has been resolved from my understanding.
Granger sent an email a few weeks back saying Heated mirrors were back on. so unless something has changed mirrors are still a go. Steering wheel is a No Go as well as stop/start. And the removal of the Stop/Start is a great thing. everyone hates that stupid forced option when chips return.

Anyone know what to do if you _don't_ get an email from Ford? Who at Ford to reach out to?

I called my sales guy yesterday to follow up on my order, placed in early September, as I had heard nothing. He told me I had been assigned a VIN and build week 11/21. He texted me a photo of the VIN and dates on his monitor. When I brought up the no-email-from-Ford problem, he said my email address looked weird (I have my own domain name and give out a lot of different email addresses), so that was probably the culprit. I gave him an alternative email address and he said he would look into it, but... no joy so far.

I think the problem may have more to do with the somewhat backward nature of our local small-town Ford dealership. They simply don't respond to any online inquiry, which seems telling. I'd like to reach out to someone at Ford to get that email from them and access to the tracking tool y'all seem to have. Any thoughts on how I might do that?

All you need is your VIN and order number which your dealer can provide you (sounds like you already have the VIN).

I'm in the same boat, although my production week got moved from 11/21 up to 11/14. My truck is a HDPP so I know it's going to be built in KC and Job#1 date is 11/17 so if my date holds it will be in the first week of MY 2023's. We will see.

At that point does the tracker from the Ford website begin to work?
I’m assuming you have a VIN and order number, so if you use the Ford tracker, it will essentially say the same thing. Once it goes into production (about 7-10 days before your blend date) the bubble for in production will fill in. As it progresses, each stage will fill in and get a check mark. It doesn’t always work, but it did fairly well in my case

Tracker doesn't seem to work for us Canadians. The only thing I've found that works is the ordertrack.app and I've been trying to track the entire way and I'm currently 'Awaiting Shipment'

Ps, we have a different url for Ford tracking but it's never worked for me : 'https://shop.ford.ca/vehicleordertracking'

I'm glad it works for someone but I am surprised. When I talked to Ford chat they were aware that it was not working.

Doesnt work for me either but the Order Track on this forum gives me some info.

Is that when your Window Sticker is available or is that another stage later on?
My window sticker was available the day it went into production. You can see my dates in my signature.
