01/31 order. My truck built on 10/07 at KCAP, no update since then. Going up to West Coast, BC.. Dealer says the truck waiting for ramp. Fingers crossed Xmas delivery LOL LOL

My truck is coming to BC as well. lets hope we can get it before Xmas.

If my truck doesnt arrive in a month, just gonna buy a new 2022 Tundra whenever that comes lol. They look pretty nice. Not a big fan of Ford after waiting soo long. They say its not their fault, but they could have done better job with priority nonsense. Orders in August being delivered in October, like clean up your January - April Orders first.

Well, here it is, one day after my ETA of 10-26 and my truck is still not at the dealer.

Hard to remain patient at this point!

Ford tracking service = fail !!! Their business model is still run based on the fact you buy off dealer lot.

My truck was delivered on 10/22, the tracker is still showing "Shipped" with an ETA of 10/29 - 11/04. ?‍

One of the Ford Social Media team member helped me raise the case, from what i understand the truck is getting assembled in Nov, even the blend date is Oct 10.

Sort matches the raw data from Mach-E site

If that is the case, truck should be arriving in December.

I think ETA start and end dates correspond to the week of delivery. My ETA start is 11/3 and end date is 11/09, which matches up with the "Expected delivery to dealer in X days." Essentially just saying it's expected to arrive between 11/3 and 11/09.

That was my thought too. no idea now. The dates are all over the place right now.

Agreed, hopefully as they move more towards a "build to order" model, they revamp their tracking system. Lots of room for improvement. Here's what I was referring to, Ford's website tracker shows:

As you can see, eta dates match Ford estimated delivery dates.

OooO, Thanks for showing. That makes sense. Kinda weird the message was different from Customer Service team.

O well. Mine doesn't even have a shipment date. Looks like yours got ship out the next day after it built.

My shipment date as I type this post says 10/26 however, the truck was delivered on 10/22. See below. Tracking is all over the place for most of the folks trying to figure out the status of their trucks. It really sinks.

I tried going on the United Road site on my phone and the mobile option gave the choice to sign up for email access. Once I did that I can look further into the tracking of my truck. It is still sitting in KC waiting to ship. Dealer notified me yesterday that they have been waiting for a Transit that was built in May for a local glass company to ship as well. It looks like they provide the actual location of the truck once it ships. Funny thing is my truck is Carbonized Gray, but this tracker lists it as Light Blue Metallic.

I'm stuck in truck purgatory! I hope the 0% holds out for November as well!

Super strange -- your build is very similar to mine, same plant too and you ordered yours before me by a month and somehow mine arrived before yours? That just doesn't jive.
