Same. It was reading through the Jan build week thread that I found out about 754 and that it was for the 360 OTAs and other stuff and that that was the holdup for a lot of people that didn’t get the activate in the app
Reading through those build weeks is really bad for my mental health

Yea it was rough to see how long some have been on chip hold. Some for longer than my order has even been in. That’s really messed up on Ford’s part no doubt about it

My buddy’s truck from 1/20 is just now making it on a train to New Orleans. He ordered early October and should have it this week or early next. Poor bastard

Yea mine def isn’t gonna make it here before my wife is gone for a couple months. Now I just want it to come in before the PCO expires 7/5. But I will be happy to no longer be going nuts refreshing trackers, checking forums to talk with those sharing my misery and annoying the chat people

This is what is really the absolute worst thing about the whole process of ordering a truck from Ford. Ford should be completing trucks on a 1st come, 1st served basis, once production has begun. I bet Ford expects parts orders that they place to be fulfilled on a 1st come, 1st served basis.

Yea the oldest should have been closest to the exit and newer places behind and had them completed and moved up. But it seems they are doing a last in first out. But I’ve seen people with build dates before and after mine get completed recently so who knows. My friends to call me Anti-Domino because of my luck. Hell I hit 3 hurricanes in one month, one in TX and 2 in Puerto Rico including Maria

I know that feeling well. We’re still receiving from Ida down here.

Keep blowing past estimated delivery dates and the truck isnt moving off lot 58. Beyond frustrating at this point.

Truck has been built since 3/24

My salesman ran a VVR this morning. The May 6 date for the truck to come off chip hold is the same date I was given from a person at Ford Vehicle team over a week ago. Been down this road before , so my expectations are quite low.

The only thing consistent for me has been the 5/3 date. But what that date means varies based on who you talk to. The dealer says it shows delivery and the chat says the day to come off chip hold. Last week the Marketing Line changed from 5/4 being delivery to 5/3 being the eat date to come off chip hold.
I’m just waiting to hear today or tomorrow that it’s been pushed out another week

Lets see if your buddy who ordered 2 months after me and was picked for production 3 months before me gets on a train before mine is finished production. I had a blend date of 4/5/22. Have been on hold since the 8th. Supposedly my estimated delivery date is in the next few days. Still not built though. My PCO expired the day before blend date. I asked Ford if they could extend it.. Crickets........ But I am sure if it ever gets built it will be a great truck. Just needed it months ago.

Nomad, so I also spoke with a live agent who told me my truck eta to delivery was 5/5. Yeah right, it hasn’t shipped yet. I then told her about the hundreds of people around here that get different interpretations of dates from Ford, and she was actually very interested and perplexed. I told her about the discrepancies and she was very eager to talk with others to truly understand the information they are give . She thanked me for that information and said she would look into it. I educated someone with Ford today, imagine that.

I am a cynical bastard. While I do sincerely hope that I am wrong, I have gotten the very strong impression that folks who answer the "New Vehicle Support" phones at Ford will gladly blow smoke up your skirt to get you to go away anything less than completely ticked off, when they give out the "Nonanswered" answers that they give when you call.

I’m usually not, but this process has certainly made me that way. It’s getting kind of fun tbh ?

I talked to a helpful guy last week, or at least he seemed to be. He told me that even if my truck finished on 5/3 I wouldn’t likely see any news on shipping prior to 5/9. He said sometimes the shipping and update are about a week behind.

But really I think it’s more about getting a good end of call survey, though I have talked to some that we’re very nice and others that just say go to your dealer.

I’m watching my app to see if the activate populates but nothing. I’m just a pessimist at this point and would put money in Vegas (yes I live here and have not gambled a single penny since we were stationed here) that they don’t meet the date they have been giving me for a month. Fri will be 6 weeks since the blend date
