In the end all promises were kept, but I did have to push a little on stacking my $500 military discount on top of the $1,000 Retail Order discount and the $500 Bonus Cash from when I ordered in October. Also, the financing in October was 0%/36mths, .9%/48mths ect.., so I went with the .9%/48mths. I will tell you, I am absolutely sure that if I wasn't fully informed about Ford's Price Protection & Incentive Protection rules, I would not have gotten the $500 Bonus Cash and I wouldn't have gotten the better interest rate.

Dexter was great and really did more than expected.

Pity about Koons. Do you think they really just didn’t know or were they playing dumb trying to milk you food more hoping you were ill informed?

They messed up my order too, and when the new one comes in I’m really hopeful there wont be any of these shenanigans. Thus far I’m not overly impressed. More worried, quite honestly.

They claimed they called Ford and confirmed the Rebates could stack, but I do wonder whether they can get an answer from Ford after 7pm

Finally!! Got my “Built” email from ford this morning!! Ordered 11-22-21, “In Production” on 1/25/22, chip hold since then. ETA to dealer of June 5-11! Hoping it gets there earlier, but either way, at least it’s off chip hold!

I just googled it and here is what I found on another fourm from 2014.

Smart Vincent is a report that the dealer can print out upon request that shows every incentive that your vehicle qualifies for and other information including (but not limited to):

Every rebate that applies to your vehicle
Any direct to consumer offers you have
Any "discount packages" on your vehicle.

Ford Ramp 58 in Melvindale is the railyard outside the Dearborn truck plant servicing Norfolk Southern. Once you get your railcar number from the dealer (it will be indicated on your VVR), you can track the railcar movement on the NS toll-free automated phone line. The phone info is quite a few posts back in the history of this thread. I'll check my speed-dial - I was only checking it a gazillion times a day!
