Hey RalpL,

I'm in the same situation. Put a deposit on a dealership order, was built on 1/24, but no changes, so I assume it's on a chip hold. How are you finding the rail information? From the dealer?

Can you search the rail for my truck? Vin: 1FTFW1ED9NFA11948

If you are in Texas, there is a good chance that it is on a BNSF train and we haven’t found a good way to track that. There are two of us in the Houston area that have been relying on the VVR and Ford Marketing chat for updates.

Ok, I see that now. Some are listed as individual and some load child. Not sure what that means, I tried google but nothing…

I was just checking mine on the United Road tracker and it now updated from Inactive to Pending Delivery, but no date like quite a few of the others.

I see yours has updated from Pending Delivery to Delivered. There's even a PDF copy of the delivery receipt initialed by STI at Chapman at 9:09 this morning.

There is actually a train car listed on the VVR. In my case BNSF300831. Every time it hits a junction it will show up on the VVR. I talked to Ford Marketing Chat this morning and mine is on the ramp about 20 miles from the dealer. Now it is just waiting for a hauler to pick it up to get to the dealer.

Awesome! I’ll have to check it again. I usually get the delivery receipts emailed to me, maybe the emails are delayed from actual delivery. Thanks!

Unless I have VINs mixed up. Are you ending in 787?

Well that sounds like progress! The online chat just said mine has an ETA of 5/24, they said its still in production, but sent offsite. Who knows what that means...

Lol, nope, 786. I saw 787 maybe a week ago, thought mine would be with it. I just checked, still pending, have to wait a bit yet. Thanks anyway!

You weren’t far off- looks like it was delivered to Chapman at 5:31 this morning!

Just for your reference, it took 5 days from the time it arrived at the DE yard to delivery. My guess is that they need to create a full carrier load to ship and get a driver. Also, I saw all vehicles delivered were marked as “parent” or “child” loads. I believe once you get that designation, your vehicle is assigned to a shipment and will be moving soon.

Well we will see what happens. The order track.app tracker is showing in transit as if my truck shipped, however the ford tracker still showing built awaiting shipment. I hope order track is the accurate one. Does anyone have any experiences or opinions on ordertrack.app tracker?

Anyone else get this message in the Fordpass mobile app? I pressed the activation button several weeks ago. Thought it would time out as stated by other forum members. But maybe someone got in the truck long enough to be annoyed by the screen asking for activation confirmation or something. The latest update to the delivery eta from Ford is 07-13 April. It does have to be driven out of the parking lot. Right? It wants to be driven. The activate button reset, so I pushed ot again.
