0% for 72 with 1k custom order incentive

Most everything I saw said 0%


My sales guy acted like he knew nothing of the $1000 custom order cash and did not put it on any of the paperwork for my order. I called ford and they said I was ellagable and gave me instructions to have the dealer reach out to their dealer relations number to get them instructions. He did so and said he would add the info to my file. Mine was ordered when they were showing 0% + 1K sales guy said he could get me to 0% when I placed the order. I wont see my truck till the end of the year if it gets built on schedule so we will see what happens when I close the deal.

What # did you call Ford with? The one on their "contact us" site section or something else?

I took delivery in August and I got both 0% for 72 months and the 1k retail order cash.
They would not let me combine the first responder with those two incentives, however.

2021. It arrived this evening and the dealer told me he’s not sure if I can use the 1k incentive with 0%.

0% is still available, your dealer may be trying to be a stealer.

I have different experience at this dealership.

They said they have a Limited in stock, made appointment to checkout, drove 2 hrs, was told truck was sold yesterday and rep who sold has key (no does't work that way) so can not even see the interior.

I basically calculated their invoice cost using online resources, figured out the delta between invoice and MSRP and then found out what the FPA, HB, and AA numbers were for my vehicle and used that as leverage. They didn't like what I did or the info I had at all but I refused to let them make almost 7k on the deal without offering me some of it. After a long unnecessary battle we both walked away happy.

As someone who sells these trucks on a regular basis, that is a very rare and very effective form of negotiation. Well Done!

I was just going through trying to order a 22 with the 0% apr and was told that unless I had a 21 order that hadn't been scheduled, then I could not receive the 0% for the new 22 order. Can try for incentives at time of delivery.

You are correct. That is the only way for you to receive the 0% apr on a 22' and that situation is pretty abnormal. Most dealers that I know of were able to get most of their 21's ordered without an issue.
