Hi, I put a $500 deposit down on the truck. I have asked the dealer for updates and also tracked online. The dealer told me it is waiting for microchips, but other vehicles are being built and shipped? I do not get any emails directly from ford. My King Ranch truck is loaded.

I just checked online and it indicates that my Truck is still "In Production" it has been that way since 8/17/22. No updates since then and the dealer can't or won't check for updates on their end. I'm being told the dealer is going to hold my price and the incentives.......I would hope so...

Well that didn't happen! My dealer hasn't been much help, and calling Ford Marketing hasn't been much better. Ford marketing staff was nice, but they can't find out much information on my truck, they keep telling me to go back to my dealer, which has not been much help.

I have complained to the salesman, Salesmanager, New Vehicle Manager, General Manager and none of them respond to me. They dump it down on the Salesman that tells me they don't know anything. I have asked them to contact the regional manager and still no response.
