The harness is there on my 25 Flash, I purchased a key pad and pillar trim for the last year model that came with it.

I may be biased but RR is one of my favorite colors, new favorite Iconic Silver.

I put them on my 2013 for looks, couldn't stand seeing the gap. My 25 came with them.

Yes, it does block the 3rd brk light if I open all of the panels. This thing locks at every fold so you only have to open it at what ever load point one has. If it's all the way open due to large cargo, you're not going to be able to see the brk light over that load anyway, depending of course...
