I bought a 21 Lariat FX4 PB and drove it for 13k miles and it felt like a golf cart. Enough was enough for me so I snatched up a Tremor the week they were on dealer lots.
Other than the 4-5MPG difference, I don’t miss the PB.
At a minimum have TSB 22-2224 performed, even if it doesn’t apply in the specific years. It’s a 30min software fix and if it works your vibrations could go away. It worked for me after being frustrated for 9mo.
I just hit 900mi and my smooth Tremor starting having pedal vibrations. On the road there’s even a small vibration in the steering wheel.
The dealer says it’s normal but it didn’t do it before 900mi and my 7k miles on the 21 PB never did it.
Not for trade in. I traded in my Lariat Powerboost FX4 and the auto deploying running boards, rubber mats and tri fold cover added no value. After the trade in I asked them to transfer those accessories to my Tremor.
I reset the trip yesterday and got 17mpg city driving but going easy on the peddle and leaving from lights. My 21 Powerboost would hit 18mpg doing the same. Perhaps my PB was a dud, but I prefer the drive of the Tremor.
I have chrome and would be happy to trade for your black ones.
Mine are 502A Lariat with the puddle lights.
Feel free to PM me and we can meet halfway in Bastrop and swap them in a parking lot. I’m in San Antonio.
