  1. Taillight cracked - need to replace housing. Do I need BLIS Module?

@crazywayne311 if you're willing to break up your set, by all means I'll buy it from you. But I think I'm still a little confused and want to confirm. I don't need a tail light with a BLIS module, since I have a working one at the moment, correct? This is not to say I'm not willing to buy...
  2. Taillight cracked - need to replace housing. Do I need BLIS Module?

So what’s a good price, then? Certainly can’t be $875 (which is about what my payment is). If I don’t need a BLIS module, which seems to be the case, then all I need is the housing. It’s really all cosmetic at the end of the day. Is the original taillight housing that’s currently cracked on my...
  3. Taillight cracked - need to replace housing. Do I need BLIS Module?

Thank you-that is sort of my question. If the BLIS module is working, just a new taillight housing will suffice, correct?
  4. Taillight cracked - need to replace housing. Do I need BLIS Module?

Thanks for answering my question! You’ve been very helpful. Guess I should just pay $875 for a taillight housing then.
  5. Taillight cracked - need to replace housing. Do I need BLIS Module?

That's what it looks like to me as well, but I've read elsewhere that may not be the case. However, my situation may be different as the BLIS module in my truck wasn't damaged, which I'm sure can undoubtedly happen in other situations.
  6. Taillight cracked - need to replace housing. Do I need BLIS Module?

As the title implies, have a cracked taillight. All driving aids work, BLIS works, no lights went out, etc. So when the taillight was cracked, nothing was affected-all cosmetic. With the repair estimate (which included fixing a few other scuffs), a recycled taillight was $875 (!!!!). I did a...
  7. Skid Plates/Suspension, Non-FX4

I am about 80% sure I'm going to pull the trigger on a 2021 F150 Powerboost Lariat 502A. Has just about every option other than the FX4 package (although it is a 4x4). The 20% reservation is based on it not being an FX4, because I value the skid plates. But if I can come up with a better...
  8. Test Driving Powerboost -A few questions

Been lurking on the site for a bit and finally about to test drive a powerboost for the first time. I’ll have it for a day or 2 while the dealer services my wife’s Yukon. I’ve had an Avalanche for about 15 years with 300k+ miles on it and it’s been a great truck but it’s finally time for it to...
