Did you end up doing the job yourself? Did it end up being worse than you thought since all the hybrid electronics were on the passenger side? I'm at ~47k miles (with the bed AC power), so I figure 55k is right around the corner and I should start planning the job. Or was the job "easy enough"?

I assume you mean the discoloration is normal, but to check the heat exchanger and thermostat for leaks since the reservoir was so low?
