    Yeah that makes sense. I'll be happy if I just get the ACM and APIM communicating properly and the volume display/speed compensated volume working again. It works when I flash the original APIM As-Built but I he satellite radio stops working.

    Haha, I have a 24 F-250 XLT. No heads up display. Only thing that is from a 21-23 is the ACM and the HVAC modules. Wanted an earlier HVAC module because it displays the temp on the dials.

    Yeah they sure are picky. I've changed so many things on this truck it's not funny. Added 12" radio screen, was 8" factory, swapped out the HVAC to auto, changed instrument cluster from analog to the digital.

    I have. It didn't fix it. This is actually the As-Built the APIM came with. If I flash the one I had saved from the original APIM, the satellite radio stops working and it comes up "Hardware Problem".

    I'm having this issue now. Everything else works except the volume number indicator (always says minimum) and the speed compensated volume won't let me enable it. Says this feature is not available. I did change out my APIM and ACM. Flashed it all back the way I had it and it won't work...

    Nope, just single zone. It does have codes in the HVAC when you pull them, all for the passenger side thats missing. It doesn't affect anything though.

    I ordered one from eBay. Installed and it works fine. From a 2021 F-150. Love having the chrome dials and the readouts. Did some changes with Forscan to enable fan and temperature repeaters on screen. 2024 F-250 XLT.
