Dealers don't road force balance beyond 65 mph.

I've never needed road force balancing in the past for any tire i've ever had. So why would I need it now with Dynapro AT2s. Also other manufactuers don't have road force balancing and they drive smooth as butter.

I have some sort of knocking going on. Whenever i accelerate. Brake. Then accelerate again, it feels like the driveshaft or something needs to move a 1/4 turn before anything engages. i was under my truck and can turn this with my hand. Should it be able to turn? Not sure what part his is called.
