Plenty of options out there but depends on your use case. Some use leveling picks while others use coilovers. Google and the f150 Tremor Forum are probably your best bet here.
Stock exhaust and when reving it out you can hear the turbos. Overall I am happy with it, not obnoxiously loud but anyone that knows these trucks will know it's not stock.
I have had them in for a couple weeks roughly, sound clips below of cold start and warm idle. I installed my CVF turbo inlet pipes at the same time so hard to tell what did what in terms of impact however, the truck does breath better and accelerate more smoothly. Would do again 10/10.

I also live in the south and yes, ventilated seats help here. Remote start prior to getting in on a hot day will cool the seats with AC and ventilated action making a more comfortable initial entry.
