I just want to document that neither the CAN programming or the PMI worked for me. I ended up messaging Jesse and he had to remote into my computer and correct it for me. Working through the rest of the updates now!

Just note that I'm not recommending it. It's tricky and you only get 15 tries before it blocks your APIM from future updates and will require you to replace it, so there is some risk to it. I got to 10 tries before I tried a different computer and had it take. I was very nervous while watching...

I'm having this same issue. How does one do a PMI on the tcu? I'm very new to this and just trying to get everything updated after no help from the dealership. I would really appreciate any help!
