Same issue, failed fuel pump TWICE in the same truck both under 20,000miles. Both times it took near three months to get the part. More and more similar stories are coming forward …. It’s not the fuel pump. It’s the power hybrid system and they have no solution. The pump will fail again.- Brodit

We’ve had this happen twice now. Similar to you, on vacation pulling our trailer with our young kids and stranded in the middle of no where. First time was around 10,000miles and second time around 15,000miles. Both times the truck was in the shop for several months waiting on a new fuelpump...- Brodit
